How long have you been in business?
I started in the property management business in 1979. I earned my real estate license in 1984 and started my full time real estate career shortly thereafter.
What is your primary product or service?
Residential real estate sales, marketing and management in the Dallas/ Fort Worth metroplex. I have many bank clients and sell their foreclosure properties for them as well.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My parents were builders for many years growing up. In fact, my grandmother was a Realtor in Texas, and my mother was a Realtor in Florida and Texas, both for many years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
With my background, I am a valuable asset to both, homeowners, relocation companies, investors and REO companies that wish to know what property condition issues can affect the sale of a particular property. My training in property maintenance & repair issues has given me a great insight into what & how to repair, and I work with contractors every day.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I work for Century 21 Mike Bowman, Inc and we have 2 offices: one in Grapevine on William D. Tate and one in Town Square in Southlake. I office at Town Square.
Provide detailed directions to your location
From Hwy 114 & Hwy 121: Go West on Hwy 114 to Carroll Ave., turn left (South) on Carroll and turn in to Town Square at the Container Store. Turn right at your first opportunity and go all the way to the opposite side of the parking lot & find a spot. There are doors to the left of the Corner Bakery that you enter. I'm on the 2nd floor, suite 218, next to Rattikin Title.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept checks.
Which areas do you service?
Primarily NE Tarrant county, NW Dallas county and Southern Denton county, but I do travel as far south as Burleson, as far west as White Settlement, as far north as Argyle, and as far east as Grand Prairie. I even have listings in Lewisville, Garland and NE Dallas.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am an independent contractor, so my daily operations for my group fall to me. I have a full time unlicensed assistant for clerical/administrative duties.
What are your hours of operation?
The office in Southlake is open from 8:30 am - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, but I am available by appointment anytime, so give me a call!
