How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Tommy LaLonde is a licensed, professional engineer having received his degree to Texas A&M University.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Tommy's experience and professional training makes his knowledge of water management superior to the "two guys and a truck" that you typically see installing sprinkler systems.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and service all of North Texas. We have the ability to expand within this market by adding additional crews as demand warrants.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Check, Credit Cards
Which areas do you service?
North Texas, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Denton. We've even travelled down to Waco, and north to Oklahoma.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Tommy LaLonde is our owner, and Willy Gugel is our operations manager.
What are your hours of operation?
We typically take calls from 7a through 5p Monday through Friday. Our work is completed at the customer site by appointment.
