It cost me 715.00 for them to figure out my outdoor unit was bad. After 3 technician trips to my house. The first tech stated I needed a lite cleaning of the indoor unit. OK that was 140.00 but that didn't work. So, the tech came back out did a deep clean for a additional 450. Well, that didn't work either. This started on Monday and now it's Friday night had to pay after hours fee of 125. for a different tech to come out and tell me I need a new system. I have since asked for a call from the tech, to advise why it cost me 715.00 to figure out my outdoor unit was bad? Also, for the quote I was supposed to recieve that Sunday. I have yet hear back.
