What is your primary product or service?
Websites,including responsive and mobile... and marketing the websites! With email and online marketing programs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
(Owner)I was laid off in September of 2001, along with hundreds of thousands of other folks. I looked for a job for a couple of years and realized I could sell myself to business owners instead of trying to sell myself to recruiters and HR professionals. And that is what happened! I began to talk to others about how I could help them and they began asking for websites. I educated myself about web construction, SEO, and had a natural knack for design. Then my customers asked,"How can I get people to my website?" That's when I added the email marketing component, and most recently, the Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our websites are aesthetically beautiful, efficient, and built to Google specs. For the cost, there is nothing comparable. We don't use templates. Our work is custom. We cater to the sole proprietor and small business owner so our service has to be top-notch. And being a one-stop shop is a terrific plus for our customers. Logo, website, business cards and marketing tools all in one spot!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our work is done virtualy and yes, we have already expanded our services.

The best compliment is when a client tells me they appreciated my encouragement and online marketing advice.
