How long have you been in business?
I am a retired City employee, with 25 years in the HVAC industry, I started my company in 2011, with the help of my wife.
What is your primary product or service?
I am a American Standard Dealer
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Working in City Government gave me the experience, and the knowledge to proceed in the HVAC trade, working on all types of equipment from Chillers, Rooftop units, split systems, and computer room systems.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I live here in NRH, great city, for 37 years. I have core values for my self and my company, honesty, integrity, committed to excellence, listing to the customers, and my time and your time matters to me..
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have only one locations, I have no plans to expand at this time. I may add another service tech in the near future.
Provide detailed directions to your location
I am off Davis Blvd, on Noreast Dr.
What type of payments do you accept?
I take Checks, CC, and Cash.
Which areas do you service?
I am now servicing the Mid Cities area, Mansfield, North Fort Worth, Haslet, and Denton areas.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am the owner: Jeff Parrack I take care of all the daily operations. My wife has a full time job, but she helps with invoicing after 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
What are your hours of operation?
7:00-6:00 Monday-Friday, and will work on weekends if necessary.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That they are totally satisfied, and will refer my to there friends..
