How long have you been in business?
For 42 years I have been helping buyers, sellers and investors make the best decisions regarding their real estate investments. The evidence is that now I am helping many of their children as they trust me because of the advice I have giving them over the years. Many have increased their investment portfolio by a multitude of six figures. Please call me for an appointment and let us discuss your best direction(s). Bring the children, too. I love to see them learn what their parents are trying to do and allow their children to become invested in the knowledge that has helped get them were they are or where they are going. There is no charge for a one hour conference.
What is your primary product or service?
Real Estate investments: single family, multi-family, commercial, property management. I list, sell, lease, manage homes, acreage, farms & ranches, recreational properties for the past forty-two years.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Have had a variety of past occupations but this one allowed me to build a career and take care of three very active daughters; I am very appreciative for this and for the person who lead me to it.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Service divided by integrity= RESULTS
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Only one in Hurst and probably won't have any additional one at this time.

Basically the Tarrant County area but I have been involved in property north of Denton, Dallas, Tarranty, Parker Counties; Houston and San Antonio.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Owner of a corporation known as Barbara Polk Real Estate, Inc. for over thirty-two years.
What are your hours of operation?
10.a.m. 'til 5:30 p.m. or per appointment.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
"If any broker can get a property sold/leased it is Barbara" The Alonzos. Chosen as the outstanding property manager in the City of Hurst two years in a row. Having so many children of clients call me with a warm, confident comment about me being able and willing to help them.
